Nationals 2013 will be held at the Green Lake Conference Center in Green Lake, Wisconsin on April 17-20. Start studying the Gospel of Matthew, Teen World quizzers, if you would like to join us there!

Teen World Pirates Game: A great time was had by all 40 people in our group who witnessed the Pirates defeat the Orioles 9-3 in our annual outing to PNC Park on June 21. The Pirates honored the 40th Anniversary of the 1971 World Series win by giving everyone who entered the ballpark a commemorative stein. Both teams wore throwback uniforms from 1971. The Pirates held a pregame ceremony where many of the ballplayers and coaches from the 1971 team were recognized on the field. Everyone in our group also received a Roberto Clemente 1971 Replica Road Jersey as part of our Clemente Package Group Deal.
Bible Camp

Dates: July 29-August 4
Camp Theme: “Hear & Do” Matthew 7;24
Camp Speakers: Steve Richman, Executive Director of Teen World Ministries and Quincy Wheeler, Executive Director of Bronze Wall Ministries & Associate Pastor of Jefferson United Methodist Church
Camper Ages: Camp is open to youth entering 5th Grade when school begins at the end of summer 2012 through 2012 HS graduates.
Camp Fees:
Registration Fee: $140
Early Bird Registration Fee: $125 if received by June 1.
Family Discount: $10 Off Each Camper if 2 or more siblings (bother/sister) attend camp as a camper.

Bible Quizzing
Teen World Bible Quizzing 2012-2013
This season we will be memorizing and quizzing over the Gospel of Matthew. We will be using the English Standard Version (ESV) 2011 as our text this season switching over from the NIV 1984 text. You can learn more about the ESV and browse it online HERE.
We have TWO age divisions in our quizzing program: Junior and Senior. Junior Quizzers are in grades 1-4 and will be memorizing and quizzing over Matthew 5-7, The Sermon on the Mount. Senior Quizzers are in grades 5-12 and will be working on memorizing and quizzing over material found in the entire book of Matthew. Junior Quizzers come together at quiz meets as individuals and form teams each month from those in attendance to quiz. Senior Quizzers comes together and form teams to practice between quiz meets and quiz as a team at quiz meets.
There is a $20 Registration Fee for both Junior and Senior Quizzers. This fee covers their cost of their Matthew Quiz Portion used for study and the cost of quiz awards & other materials needed for the quizzing program. But Teen World doesn’t let the cost of the fee preclude anyone from participating in Bible Quizzing. Quizzers and their parents should feel free to talk to the Quiz Director to discuss their situation.
Registration for the 2012-2103 Quiz Season will be on Saturday, August 18 with Registration/Coach & Table Official Orientation from 9-11 AM at the Teen World Office located at 518 Market St on the Diamond in Downtown East Liverpool (same building as The Counseling Center). The first Quiz Meet will be held on Saturday, September 8 from 1-4 PM at the Teen World Office.
